When I get a chance to talk about myself, I like to talk about what has blessed me and has made me the person I am today.

One of my greatest blessings is that I was born in Vietnam and have been nourished with the richness of Vietnamese culture. A culture deeply concerned with respect, compassion and gratitude has taught me the concept of interpersonal communication through which each person's values are defined and celebrated.

When I was 16, I studied abroad in the U.S. and have actively worked there since. It was another blessing of mine. Every day I encounter interracial and intercultural communication, so much so that I have started to turn all misunderstandings and prejudice of the early stage into present and future opportunities for growing and standing out.

As every chance of intercommunication is that of intra-communication, I have started to understand myself better. I become stronger.

Seeing those values of communications, I decided to thrive in the field professionally. I learned that it is important for a business leader in today's VUCA environment to know that the understanding of stakeholders and stakeholders' value propositions is vital for organizational growth and resilience. And such understanding is only established through strategic communication.

I am eager to offer business leaders what it takes to have effective high-stakes communication, either a crisis communication plan, a boost in media coverage, or a corporate social responsibility campaign.
